you can write 10%10h, 10%6h and 10%3h, so default should be HU for 10%, so that's strange that it's giving you that problem. i also wrote in 90%!60% and it looks like it gives the 10h iterative as the average hand rank range is from 61-90, while the VR rank has best hand at 15%. hopefully someone else can chime in, otherwise you'll probably have to make some custom ranges
