I think he must be full but my hand seems so obvious....or sometimes in villains shoes when the 3rd Q comes I think it makes it more likely to be a bluff ......but what could he possibly have to call me? Would a big bet look bluffier and would he call with a 6 or an overpair?
Final Pot
SB
lost and shows four of a kind, Sixes.
BB wins and shows four of a kind, Queens.
BB wins $1.46
Rake is $0.06

Turns out he had the hand that could call me....but the strange thing is he seemed to know exactly what I had. If I was him I would have snap shoved but he tanked and tanked and finally he said in the chat "hehe 26 cents" (not very good at doing math in his head I guess) and grudgingly called. Weirdest hand I've played for a while

When he bets river, I would think he has a high pair and wants to get value. Like AAxx KKxx QQxx.
When you raise, I don't think we should raise big because:
They are less likely to call because you give them bad pot odds.
If we were bluffing, a raise of 2.5x would get the job done or even 2x because we're so polarized that we have to have it since we basically have no bluffs here. We might as well make it cheaper for ourselves when he does call.
It's micro stakes and he's an ATM, just pot it.
" what could he possibly have to call me?"
let him think about this question and bet bigger :)
