2 folds, Hero raises CO to 14 w QdQs8d5s, BTN 3bets to 48, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls

Hero checks, BTN pots, Hero shoves.
1) a) VS a 15% 3bet range, is preflop a 4bet with this hand? What about with AQQXss?
b) Is QQ85ss a fold preflop in this spot?
2) a)Vs a flop pot, is calling and getting it in on non board pairing turns>just getting it in on the flop?
b)Is getting it in on the flop > calling vs a 3/4 pot bet size?
