QQ45 3b pot flop spot

BB(360) 63/36 17.2% 3b over 1.3k hands. Very spewy all over and falls on the very cally side.

BTN(800) 60/38 26.1% 3b over 40 hands. No other reads.

Co/Hero(cover)

Fold, Hero raises QcQd5h4s to 12, BTN 3bets to 42, SB folds BB flats, Hero flats

Flop 7s6s2d(128)

BB bets 96, Hero pots.

1) Is a hand this weak a call pre getting 3.2-1? How about 4betting pre vs these two ranges? I think we're a favorite, though I'm not sure how well that equity distributes over flops.

2) Thoughts on flop? Thought I could fold out better from 3bettor or protect my equtiy, and I think I'm doing good vs a lot of BB's range. Obv the times BTN gets it in I'm proably in pretty terrible shape.

3) Is my flop sizing OK or is a smaller sizing better? Why?

1)I think this is a fold to the 3bet and would never 4bet without any suits. Both players could potentially call the 4bet.
2)Once the BB leads I would fold. You have the 3bettor behind yet to act and eally don't think you're doing great against his donking range.

K. After looking at this hand again I think it's spew. While I think I'm doing well enough against BB's range to get it in, the fact that me and btn are 200bb deep makes it pretty terrible for me when I get it in vs his range, which I would assume is a lot of overpair+fd,2pr+gutter+,pair+wrap+fd type stuff.

Don't think I even open this pre with such a laggy BTN behind. Flop just looks like a fold, you're not doing great vs. BB's range and if BTN decides to get it in you're going to be in pretty bad shape overall...

Pretty easy muck to the 3bet. I'd probably fold it to pre even as they both have pretty high 3b%.
Flop is also a fold, you are sandwiched here and need a really strong hand to continue, especially with 200bb stack behind you that has wide enough range to have easily hit the flop.

OTF I think that raising is the worst option. I would call and hope button doesnt pot it. Folding is better than raising too. I think your call looks suspicous to the button though and he might pot anything here. We are deep and call folding isnt horrible if it comes down to it.

Preflop the open is spewy but when the BB calls I think we call here a lot. So its ok.

Just to put some numbers on the thoughts of 4betting PF. Against top 26% and assumed top 35% of hands (excluding AAxx) you only have 32% (http://propokertools.com/simulations/show?g=oh&h1=QsQh4d5c&h2=26%25&h3=35%25%21AA&s=generic). And while BTN only has 40 hands of stats, it is actually more likely that he had been on somewhat of a heater these 40 hands and real stats are bit lower, than the other way around. And that works against us. Add the fact we are 200bb deep and 4bet is very bad. As said.
