Was afraid to scare him off. If I consider my whole continuing range here, I have flush draws, wraps, top 2 pairs maybe. I would call with the draws. But if I only raise my made hands I'm easy to read (even if it maybe doesn't matter this much at plo2, I still wanna learn good habits).
Also I don't have a huge advantage against his wraps. I knew he had something strong when he bet that much, so my first instinct was to raise flop right away, hoping to gii with 50%+. But there's only 9 bb in the pot and my hand is worth more.

Now some wraps get there and still a decent bet, so I thought a call was best. I don't do well versus his shove range obviously and a call can let him bet river with worse hands.
