PLOz 0.02/0.05 6max - AA OOP facing raise all-in on the flop

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $7.32
SB: $28.46 (Hero)
BB: $5.38
UTG: $7.20
MP: $3.45
CO: $5.21
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with A 9 A T
2 folds, CO raises to $0.15, BN calls $0.15, Hero raises to $0.65, BB folds, CO calls $0.50, BN calls $0.50
BN is 40/27/10 over 120 hands.
Flop ($2.00) 3 J T
Hero bets $1.28, CO folds, BN raises to $5.76, Hero raises to $10.24, BN calls $0.91 and is all in
When facing a CB IP on the flop, BN calls 50% of the time, raise 17% of the time and fold 33 of the time (small samples of 6 hands though).
Final Pot BN wins and shows two pair, Jacks and Tens|two pair, Jacks and Tens.
SB lost and shows a pair of Aces|a pair of Aces.
BN wins $14.74
Rake is $0.60

I'm pretty lost in those kind of situations. I have the feeling that BN is a pretty passive player. Besides that, my T blocks some of his two pairs combos on also TT. Therefore, a raise here from a passive player should represents a super strong range, am I correct ? If I give him a range of DP, trips, straight draw, how can I know if I should call or fold from the mathematical perspective ?

Any advice on how to analyze hand history is welcome as I am very new to this process and I love PLO so much I really want to improve my game.
