I don't have any tracking SW ( HM i.e HUD), but I think I open ~ 95% in SB. Only real rubbish hand like 237Jr, Q824r I fold PF.
OOP i.e. in BB I don't play every hand as I can't lead with poor hand not mentioning you won't win anything with such hand. I want to lead and bet strong draws and big "upper wraps". High cards/flushes/sets/fulls win the hands.
I also try to avoid tough spots having 2nd nuts when drawing ( str8 or flush) so I try not to trap myself into pitfall having 2nd nuts with hand like J986 on board QT26K. I like to play connected hands that have no gaps up...
I draw to the nut str8s in most times, with flush draws u can draw to non-nut flush HU, but u need to be veeery cautious.
I am 3-betting hands like 9876(d)s, QJT8 i.e. hands with high connectivity + high pair hand when suited: KK89(d)s, AAXX(ds), QQ76(d)s. Also I 3-bet high broadway hands, if suited - even better e.g. AK9T(d)s, AQJT.
Some players 3-bet hands like 9922, JJ66, but I don't like to do it... When u hit it, it's OK, but that doesn't happen so often....
Which hands I am defending 3-bets?
I call 3-bets with all hands I 3-bet and from those same hands I chose which hands I am 4-betting with, depending on opponent in great majority of times.
That's how I play...

yea im open sb 95%~ too also call at bb around 25-40 depends on player and 3bet around 11-15% just value hands and double suited more often . but what u think about lets say 4d5dJsJh this types of hands ? better 3bet or call ?

I would like to distinguish JhJs4d5d from let's say QQ76(d)s that I put as my candidate for 3-bet.
When I write QQ76s I mean Queen is suited not that 7 and 6 are in the same suit. Really don't like to play low flush draws if I don't need to, especially don't wanna 3-bet them and build pots if I am not forced to...
It's not that bad HU as in ring game, but ok....
Secondly, with Jacks I need to worry even when Q hits the board, my hand becomes super weak on boards like Q22, any flops containing exactly one A or K.
We check often then OOP when we 3-bet, even if our opponent has air he could feel we r weak ( that's true), bet and push us from hand.
54 combo is the worst in the world imo as it "not so rarely" needs (has) A on the board for our nuts when we draw , but our opponent most likely has A if he plays strongly his hand.
Most times it's pitfall combo on every board "in our favour":

678: our 54 vs any other 2 cards that make str8
367: our 54 vs 589T for instance
236 : our JJ54 vs 5478 e.g.

other cases:

When we add our poor flush here, if we play vs higher FD - we r beaten. In those cases board will contain at least one card from {Q,K,A} and we play vs stronger pair + vs dominating FD.
When it's good our JJ54 (suited in 54) ?
Only when we hit board like J63 suited in our baby flush for instance. On all other boards - we r not in good shape.
Btw, because of written above ( board "in our favour") our hand has almost 0,00 connectivity and we need J only to feel ourselves "good".... Omaha is game of draws and game where cards need to work together well...
Our JhJs5d4d don't work together well...

Conclusion:
Due to all counted things , it's easy NON-3-bet hand if not even fold sometimes..... Rarely fold, but u wouldn't mistake if u do it.....

This is ofc how I think....

edit: I took your hand as example, same way you can go through "your candidate for 3-bet" and put pros and contras like I did here with JsJh5d4d...

I think logifir's logic makes more sense re: 6max than HU (no offense). What you call a 3 bet with matters more on your opponent's range than your holding.

I agree it makes even more sense, but it's very applicable HU and it's good to have tight aproach HU when u start 2 play it (can't harm u). With time u r widening your 3-bet range and 3-bet calling range, depending on opponent, stakes and lot of other things. I am also changing tactics and style during HU play (adjusting) , tuning best strategy for particular player.
I agree that your 3-bet calling range depends a lot upon opponent ( u call more knowing your opponent's 3-betting range is wider), but by tightening your calling range you r in huuuge advantage (double than ordinary) as his 3-betting range is wide and your 3-bet calling range is narrow....
U crush him always in these spots and that's what my goal is when I play ofc.
Particularly, if u don't play CAP HU for instance, if you r equal with your opponent (in number of winning pots, in way of playing, style and level of play in general), these extra things will make difference when huge pots occure (after 3-bets and 4-bets), if tight approach could be called "extra thing"...
