PLO50z Can I bluff this river?

BN: $153.81
SB: $31.89
BB: $79.17
UTG: $25.84
HJ: $66.30 (Hero)
CO: $154.58
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 J A 2
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.50, CO folds, BN calls $1.50, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($3.75) 2 T 5 (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.50, BN calls $2.50
Turn ($8.75) 2 T 5 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $6, BN raises to $19.50, Hero calls $13.50
I feel villain has a straight here almost always when he raises this turn since I have the NFD. I'm just barely not getting the right pot odds to call but I think I can sometimes bluff villain later to justify calling.
River ($47.75) 2 T 5 4 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $42.80, and is all in
This is one of those cards and I would play TT/55/T4/54 like this sometimes and I have no SDV.

Turn is a c/c for me since 4 improves his range/ weakens yours. As played fold turn since u dont have enough equity to call. River looks like a spew. He shouldnt fold his str8 with busted FD on board and he probably blocks some 5 combos.

When the vill raises turn, and we know he's got a straight, and he probably knows thats what it looks like...

So when the 4 on the river hits it looks like scare card, so when you ship it, it looks as if you're trying to get him to fold a straight with a missed flush draw.

As you said tho you would play this way with a set... So i dont hate it, but overall I'd prefer a check/call maybe check/range play on the flop...

Also i think betting like $36.5 does the same thing.. And saves you bb's on your bluffs... $
