In this scenario , I think oppo's range is something like AJ9T , JAKQ , JT98 , JQK7 against which we have 50% equity about but sometimes we will find ( rarely ) 55xx , 77xx , JJxx against which we have less than 20% equity I suppose.
The pot justifies the call or I'm considering a too narrow range ?
Could we say that in general in this situation with SPR = 7 the call is almost always good or is it too much oppo dependent?

I think the range you're considering is too narrow. Many players will take this line with a lot of weaker combos such as 789x, 678x etc. Basically weaker pair + draw combos that you did not consider.

Yeah definitely shipping this in. As Pierre points out, his range is wider than that. Also consider this, if his range is narrow here, it's hardly -ev, if however you're wrong, it's a horrendous mistake and you end up betfolding a lot.
