BB: $55.27
CO: $26.87

Villain is playing 43/27. He's playing multiple tables, my impression is that he's not a reg, but he's def not a drooler or a clueless fish.

CO folds, BN raises to $1.75, Hero raises to $5.75, BB folds, BN calls $4

This is pretty std for me unless button is a nit.

Hero bets $8.60,
BN calls $8.60
Flop I decided to cbet because this is a good bet/folding candidate, we have a gutter and 4 set outs which are often good, as well as a BDFD. We def can't check/call, but we have too much going to just c/f imo.

We have blockers and we picked up a FD. Easy follow through? what's our sizing and river plan? Turn SPR is 2.

I don't feel like barrelling through is gonna work too well (we don't rep 64 that well 'cas it's not a major part of our 3-bet range) so I don't think we have the fold equity on it. However, check/shipping looks sexy to me 'cas it is a reasonably credible nut line (exactly how I play my rare 64s here) and we have some equity when it doesn't work (it's also nice that villain shouldn't be that strong too often 'cas his sets and strong draws would likely have raised flop meaning he mainly has shitty flush draws and shitty pairs which he'll potentially bluff but can't really call off with).
Are you check/shipping all your top hands?? What is bottom hands for check/calling (is it an option..;)? I guess you can't barrel Ac, Ad that way... Are these bluff combos you are getting/betting on the river (x/c on turn)?
Not sure if I have a check/calling range therefore... not sure I need to at this SPR. I'm probably potting the overpairs I'm going with (the ones with any backup equity/blockers).
A lot of how I play this spot will depend on what I know about villain, but given that's not a good card for my range, I will certainly be checking the vast majority of the time with an intention of either folding (often. Most 3-bet hands suck now) or going with it.
Checking does give the option of getting away if he commits himself by potting. I think check-shove is a good range play, but not sure how much credit we'll get in practice.
as DirtyD said, I don't know how often c/s can work at this limit vs this kind of villain. We would need more info to decide like: how often he's capable to stab here if u check? he can b/f or he's the kind of guy "once i bet i never fold"? How often he folds to a second barrell OTT?
So overall bet if he folds enough, otherwise c/c and try to bluff some river (like 9s) when u miss
Even if he always bet/calls we have some equity with our gutter + diamonds. We almost never run into Q7+ here, and we block straights as well.
Post the raw HH and we'll pokerjuice it? Ppl can suggest what his call flop-bet turn range will look like...
If you install the latest pokerjuice update you can paste the runitonce URL. Let me know if it doesn't work out
