[PLO50] 3 hands vs aggro unknown
Hey guys,
today I come up with 3 hands that happend all vs same guy in just a few minutes. Some of you know that situations like this tend to happen and let you decide emotionally or at least will confuse your a-game. Since this guy has no hands in my database I tend to rate him as recreational saturday fish who maybe just got his money on the first of the month so lets see:
At first I had a couple of check/folds vs him because he bets POT 2-3 times on my check postflop. Now we had a showdown and got some info:
Prima, $0.25/$0.50 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.
Hero (SB): $62.45 (124.9 bb)
BB: $45 (90 bb)
UTG: $43.25 (86.5 bb)
MP: $47.58 (95.2 bb)
CO: $118.44 (236.9 bb)
BTN: $50 (100 bb)
Preflop: Hero is SB with 6 K K A
UTG raises to $1, MP calls $1, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.75, BB folds
Flop: ($3.50) 5 3 T (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50, UTG folds
Turn: ($10.50) T (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks
River: ($10.50) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $10.50, Hero calls $10.50
Results: $31.50 pot ($1.50 rake)
Final Board: 5 3 T T 8
Hero showed 6 K K A and won $30 ($15 net)
MP showed 6 5 4 Q and lost (-$15 net)
Ok, seems like he is capable of bluffing. Couple of hands later the following happens:
Prima, $0.25/$0.50 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.
SB: $61.72 (123.4 bb)
BB: $29.50 (59 bb)
Hero (CO): $79.60 (159.2 bb)
BTN: $26.82 (53.6 bb)
Preflop: Hero is CO with 7 T A K
Hero raises to $1.75, BTN folds, SB calls $1.50, BB calls $1.25
Flop: ($5.25) A 3 7 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $3.50, SB calls $3.50, BB calls $3.50
Turn: ($15.75) 8 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $10.50, SB calls $10.50, BB folds
River: ($36.75) T (2 players)
SB bets $18.25
Now on this river I have no problem folding by default because backdoor flushdraws happen fairly enough. However, against this guy I was worried getting bluffed. What do you read of this 1/2 river donk after you know villain is capable of bluffing Potsize?
A third hand where I began to stumble against this guy:
Prima, $0.25/$0.50 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.
SB: $24.25 (48.5 bb)
Hero (BB): $63.85 (127.7 bb)
CO: $26.82 (53.6 bb)
BTN: $81.72 (163.4 bb)
Preflop: Hero is BB with Q 6 5 Q
CO calls $0.50, BTN raises to $1, SB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50
Flop: ($4) 2 4 3 (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3, CO folds, BTN calls $3, SB folds
Turn: ($10) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $5, BTN calls $5
River: ($20) T (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $20
Now this is were I started to feel uncomfortable and what made me post this small HH against this guy. I see him playing flushdraws on flop against wich I don't want to x/call on turn. I don't want to look weak I guess. On River I see him improving not only nfd but also he may be slowplayed a boat on turn. I have a hard time figuring out what hands could be playing flop and turn and bluffing river. What do you think?
