plo5 - too passive B vs B?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $7.98
SB: $5.00
BB: $11.65 (Hero)
UTG: $5.00
MP: $3.26
CO: $4.01
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with 7 7 J 5
4 folds, SB raises to $0.15, Hero calls $0.10
The vids say that you can't always fold against SB opens and have to start defending a wider range so villain can't auto profit with AFC. I wouldn't open this hand but decide to defend. Is this too weak?
Flop ($0.30) 6 2 Q
SB bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20
Flop a weak FD. No point in defending wide if I'm just going to snap fold to any bet
Turn ($0.70) 6 2 Q 8
SB bets $0.45, Hero calls $0.45
Now OESD as well and he barrels again. Is there any point raising at this point to try to get him off his hand? If the river bricks it's been sort of a pointless excercise
