Pre: Both UTG and CO looks pretty loose after some hands, but I'm not sure what is the best choice between calling and 3-betting. I thought I'm way ahead against their ranges.
Flop: The easiest decision is x/f because hero only has a 2nd nut flush draw. The other option what looks good to me is bet/fold with a 33 or 50% sizing. Or is it just burning money against these type of players?
Thanks!

Take my advice with a pinch of salt, because I am struggling with plo.
I think both calling and 3-beting preflop are close in value. I would just call preflop because I am trying to not get 4-beted oop with a hand I am not willing to go all-in preflop.
As played I probably would just check call one bet. And fold it was a bet/raise.
Pot and get it in on the flop. You have way too much equity to do anything else with a PSR of 2. Your backdoors and overcards help a lot.
Just so I learn something...is this a Standard play preflop?
Is calling preflop an inferior play as 3-beting?
Both preflop plays are fine. If the open raiser is really tight, you may want to just call vs an UTG raise. Also your hand plays well in multiway pots and you can get some dominated draws to put too much money into the pot postflop.
vs UTG, i would say, mix it in between 3bet and call. Against any other position its an easy 3-bet.
Totally agree with Pierre you have a monster with all those backdoors and given the SPR. In these spots fold equity is most important thing and you just want to put maximum pressure on marginal hands of your opponents ( like one pair no backup, naked gutshots etc.. ). And if you happen to run into top of their ranges yea that sucks but you still have equity.
