Should I just fold this hand that doesn't play very well 3 way?

When checked to twice I try to get them to fold their hands with my holding that probably has decent equity but almost no showdown value. Should I just check back and try to realize my equity?

I would fold this preflop, doesn't flop often well and when it does you will probably just take the pot with a continuation bet so there are not really any implied odds against most peoples starting hands.
I disagree pretty strongly. We have some great implied odds because it's very deceptive when we flop a straight/trips/boat or 34xr types. I'm definitely 3-betting this pre to try to get people behind to fold. We'd get to play IP and hopefully HU but more likely, 3-way. Unless you are just talking about the call of the 4-bet in which case you can disregard.
As for the hand, I'd fold pre. I think betting the turn is a big mistake because one of them is going to have a pair that's going to call since you checked flop which you're unlikely to do unless you have JJxx or 44xx and those hands are extremely unlikely given your 3-bet. Take your equity for free.
You can gamble and shove pre.
Reading some of the comments, the state of the game at micro looks very juicy still. Hah folding this at any point. Only debatable part of the hand is the turn which is great GTO wise since it's the perfect hand to balance with your slowplayed Jxxx and not all that terrible even when called by naked over.
