Hero ??
Player 4 is playing kinda loose this far. Havent seen anything too strange out of him other than that hes playing alot of hands preflop. Is my sizeing wrong at river?

So, I guess your range is slightly capped on the river, since QQ or 77 almost always just raise get it in on the flop. You do block quads and queens full pretty well. So your losing to a rare QQ and equally rare 88. As far as bluffs he could have. Potentially a hand like A754 could be played this way and decide to bluff the river. Also, if he expects most of your Q7 combos to be raising vs his lead, it's not out of the question he goes for value with 87**(though given your river bet sizing I think this is less likely).
Tough spot, I don't mind either option tbh. I think I slightly lean towards a fold, but it's close.
