PLO25 wrap+FD fold turn?

BN: $13.66
SB: $50.90 (Hero)
BB: $24.05
UTG: $20.30
HJ: $13.18
CO: $47.20
BB is fish, no reads on BN but i dont think he cant be good player with such a weird stack
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 8 6 T 9
UTG raises to $0.50, HJ folds, CO calls $0.50, BN calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.40, BB calls $0.25
I think pretty standard, 3 betting is not really an option imo because i dont want to build a big pot MW OOP with this kind of hand.
Flop ($2.50) 7 4 J (5 Players)
Hero checks, BB bets $2, UTG folds, HJ folds, BN calls $2, Hero calls $2
This is were it gets interesting i think. Folding is out of the option but i wasnt sure if i should x/c or x/r? Any thoughts...
In this spot i think calling was better because we are not very deep and i dont think they will fold a ton. But with 100bb or more i m not sure what the better option. It just sucks to gii against over pair with a flushdraw or even just a pair with a higher flushdraw.
Turn ($8.50) 2 (3 Players)
Hero checks, BB bets $8.14, BN calls $8.14, Hero folds
After x/c flop, no point in leading this turn. Once BB almost pots it and BN calls i decide to fold because i cant get a lot of value on the river when i hit my straight and at this point i dont see my FD being alive.
Is fold here really the best option? Our hand just connects so well with the board...
River ($24.78) 2 (2 Players)
BB checks, BN checks
