With a ton of rivers where I have to check. I decide not to bet my two pairs oop. IT might be a fold?

Since I do not block Ace. I feel like there is a chance he have top paire. If he has top paire, he has less likely two hearts in his hands. He might have two pairs or a straight. I decide to bluff. What do you think about that?
