PLO25: Flopped quads in BB in limped pot. How to get any value whatsoever?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) BN: $7.00
SB: $25.55
BB: $30.45 (Hero)
UTG: $13.47
CO: $22.56
UTG is 70/13 in 67 hands, with an AGG% of 26 and 28% WTSD.
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with 7 4 7 6
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks
No reason to do anything but check, as far as I can tell.
Flop ($0.75) 7 7 6
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets $0.25, SB folds, Hero calls $0.25
Well, howdy.

Unfortunately, I have a 6. "Fortunately", UTG minbets. I decided I was just wayyyyyy too far ahead to not slow play, but in retrospect a raise may have been fine.
Turn ($1.25) 7 7 6 9
Hero checks, UTG checks
I was hoping for a second barrel from UTG. I don't know that I can bet here because I'm still lightyears ahead of anything UTG could possibly have, and if UTG doesn't have at least a straight I'm probably just making them fold.
River ($1.25) 7 7 6 9 9
Hero
On the turn, I was praying for UTG to have 99 but now there is almost nothing I can get value from if I bet. Is my only choice to check and pray for a bet from UTG?

I thought this hand was kind of interesting to share as an example of trying to extract value when you're absurdly far ahead out of position in a limped pot.

Is the only possible line here x/c, x/c, x/c? Is there any street where we should be leading? If villain checks back the river, is thems just the breaks and we were never getting more than their flop bet out of them?
