plo25 flopped inside wrap in 3b pot oop on fd board, how to proceed?

BN: $29.89
SB: $25 (Hero)
BB: $14.81
UTG: $74.80
HJ: $18.72
CO: $48.53
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q T 9 J
UTG calls $0.25, HJ raises to $1.10, CO folds, BN raises to $3.90, Hero calls $3.80, BB folds, UTG calls $3.65, HJ calls $2.80
UTG is tight-passive nut peddling type 18/2 3b 4, flop cb 100 (65),
HJ aggro pre but not post 30/30 3b 31 flp cb 38 (51),
BN is fishy loose 43/15 3b 6.7 flop cb 67 (48)
maybe 4b pre would be best?
Flop ($15.85) K 5 9 (4 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $10.60, HJ folds, BN raises to $25.99, and is all in, Hero folds, UTG calls $15.39
so I flop a pair and inside wrap on a fd board. How would you proceed here, shove the flop?
Turn ($67.83) K 5 9 Q (2 Players)
River ($67.83) K 5 9 Q 3 (2 Players)
Final Pot
UTG has 6 T A 9 UTG wins $65.83
BN had Tc 8c 9h 7h
thanks!

I would problably 4bet preflop here. Even if you get shoved on, you will problably end up HU vs AAxx which your doing quite OK against. Theres also times when you get 1-2 callers to your 4bet and you can profitably shove alot of flops. Also an effect by 4betting is that your cleaning some outs for yourself, making people folding KQJx or higher flushdraws preflop is good if you end up getting hu vs AAxx. If you just call, you wont be drawing to the nuts too often when its 4way.
