Could you share a little bit about what your reasoning is on the flop and turn?

To help your game most, it would be good to know what the intent behind your bets was.

the hand is a bit older from this month so i dont remember exactly but I would simply say that on flop I bet because pfr shows weakness and I want to take pot down with my topset and deny some equity.

on turn with spr less than 2 on the drawheavy board i dont want to check behind. river 2pair obv dont want to fold.

on the other hand i think the following: I have little sd value and block some flushdraws. maybe there is no need to bet but keep the pot small and try to go to sd cheap.

you dont have TopSet here. you have TopPair weak kicker and a BDFD. Definitly checkback flop. Probably also checkback turn, as that card does not improve your hand at all, but it could very well improve villains range.

Checking flop is a must or at the very least check turn. The hands you are currently beating don't have too much equity (kk, QJT9, hands like that) so not a lot of reason to try to get them to fold. I understand part of you wants to charge fd's but in general most players will bet their fd's without an ace in a 3 bet pot on an ace high board. Even so, letting the few fd's realize their equity is a small price to pay as pot control is a much larger factor in this hand. The hands that call your flop bet usually have you in a decently low ev spot and you open yourself up for a check raise. By checking back the flop you keep the entirety of his range in and dont have to worry about getting called by hands like AQJT etc.
