plo25 AA oop deep, turn trips

BN: $25
SB: $52.83
BB: $75.21 (Hero)
UTG: $47.82
HJ: $25.10
CO: $45.02
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 A 8 A
UTG raises to $0.85, HJ folds, CO raises to $2.90, BN folds, SB folds, Hero calls $2.65, UTG calls $2.05
Flop ($8.80) 8 9 2 (3 Players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, CO checks
Turn ($8.80) 8 9 2 8 (3 Players)
Hero bets $3.50, UTG raises to $8.75, CO folds
UTG is 26/20 3b: 7 AF: 2.9 so seems TAGgy, but not very positionally aware since he opens 31% utg (only 167 hands sample). CO 24/15 3b:6.7 AF:4.0 not a maniac either. I prefer not playing a huge pot oop with bad aces so I just call. Flop checks through, I turn trips and decide to lead small. What's the best play here?

Edit: maybe I should mention this is Rush PLO, villains are 4-tabling regs

I don't love leading small, as you often will be called by a similar range when you lead $3.50 or $5.50. I don't mind c/c turn or leading.

Once you get raised, easy turn call, as I don't see another option. On the river, we'll have to make a tough decision sometimes.

As far as preflop, I prefer 4betting, as this doesn't play great in 3 way 3bet pots. I'd recommend having a few non AA hands in your cold 4b range to stay balanced.

thank you very much for your reply Phil :)
agree that $5 or $6 gets called by same... I did call the turn raise, river was 5c, he bet half pot. Tbh the only hands that make sense to me here are 2 pair on the flop, so 89, or 99 that missed a c/r. Just such a weird spot to bluff, and for such a small bet on river, begging to be called :/
I guess I should just call river, getting 4:1

I agree with Phil about 4Betting this hand. Being this deep you should be 4Betting wider than AA** anyway.

OTT, I would X/C. You're in the pot with two aggressive players and one of them is very likely to bet given that they have air or a hand without a lot of SD value very often. As for the river after X/C OTT, I'd probably lead a lot of brick rivers to try to rep a missed draw. They might bluff raise you with a weak hand or you could get value from KK or QQ. For draw completing rivers it depends more on if it's HU or 3W, but I'd X/Decide.

I am also in the 4bet camp, simply for the reason that I dont want to play with that a hand a 3bet spot ooP. Flop check is standard, turn leading or turn c/c are both good options. After the raise of course its an easy call and the river can be of course a tough decision. Fold on any flush+str. card, fold on a flush card (people dont tend to be that cards too much), fold on a Q and a 7. If a non scare card hits I really also like leading the river, cause I expect like calls with weaker 8s or a AA,KK,QQ hand (also I would lead when an unlikely str. card hits)

Hmm, I'm against leading the river after calling the raise on the turn. If he has what he's repping, he'll bet anyways and he might bluff.
