So, the BU is pretty TAG, he does 3b quite a bit but this 4b should be AA most of the time (this is PLO25, no one 4bets without AA). I dont know if the shove on the flop is standard, maybe there are better plays?

On the flop, it doesn't matter much what you do. He basically always has aces, and it's basically always going in. I don't have a preference, honestly, between jamming into him and checking. If someone starts 4betting light here, you need to develop a strategy where you sometimes check to trap, or fold, and sometimes jam into him, potentially making him incorrectly fold overcards.
