Do we have value raise or should we protect our hand? He maybe has some 67 combos, like 6789, 5678 and etc.

Think villain looks rly str8forward postflop and especially on turn.. Most of his range on turn has almost no equity against your hand here if you think about it (aaxx,2 pairs, sets, fldraws, king rundowns,) we wanna keep those in for sure so raise turn for protection or value is not an issue here. To me its a very clear check/call on turn and bluffcatch river. If board pairs on river i would go for checkraise if you want max value of that range. I do think you made a big mistake on the flop though and that you should always check/raise the flop against this opponent. My guess he had aaflushdraw, ak10x or str8. What did he have? tx for fun post!
Didnt want to check/raise flop, cuz he'll bet almost on all turns. He had AA63 with fd, so he wasnt dead at all and had decent equity, that's why I thought we should to protect our hand.
I like a raise on the turn here, because:
- An UTG range will contain much more Flush combos than straight combos
- You have a 7 in your hand while blocking no spades
- Definitely depends on the villain, but generally i expect the sizing of the turn bet (2/3 PS) to be more draw heavy
I like your point about having a lot of flush draws.
And I think I agree that raising the turn might be good against a wide barreling range.
But rivers are going to be really really tricky (the nuts change 3/4ths of the time)
took a look at your hand yesterday in a little more detail: http://www.evernote.com/l/AZo-UmfxbxhH4ajAesYSc5qypoXcGYxMq2A/
Nice work. Taking 100 random flops is a cool approach, even though I did not understand the color coding.
Very good article, thx for sharing .
Regarding the hand, i like c/c flop but not sure about the turn. Given stackdepth c/r is not so appealing so i assume given that c/c protects our range and lets him barrel rivers i prefer the passive route.
