Villian is a fish and 3bets 50% oop.  He cbets only 20% on rr flops and c/c  about 80% rr flops instead of betting. 

Turn :    Do u bet this turn even if u know u never get Qx out?  If u know he calls Qx, KK, AA every time on turn, do u bluff 3barrels these guys?   Or is it just too risky and to much variance and u should take a better spot to exploit fishes.

River : I saw him bluffing with this  half pot sizing very often. Does the fact that he has such a wide range here on the river (  50% 3b +  70% cc on rr flops) +  he has bluffed a lot with this sizing in history make  u call here?   It sucks that 4x is such a low pair, so he can put 55,66,77 into bluffs here and own us
