As i was scrolling down the only hand that makes sense is 77xx. Maybe Ax77 w/ hearts

Myea...he reps a hand hell have less than 1% of the time. The key here is that its a spot where ppl bluff raise less than 1% so id fold actually. If hes a maniac id call...would have to be a maniac that other maniacs refer to as "the maniac" tho :)

I would prefer to cbet the turn rather then check/raising, both for value and protection. There are a lot of draws out there whom are just going to check behind not giving you a chance to check/raise. I snap fold river after his shove as we are almost always beat here. (unless as mentioned above, you should have decent notes on villian to call his river raise)  

Bet the turn!!! It's a huge disaster in PLO to ever let your opponents realize equity.

As played x/c river since he likely has a missed draw a lot.  Most of his showdown value bets the turn.
