plo10z facing 2 barrels after flop X in 3-bet pot IP

UTG bets $3.60, Hero folds

I assume i should fold without any club in my hand on the river. But i have a more interesting question: What if i had a Kc in my hand?

I think it looks like i should call since i block his 2NF value hand. But on the other hand i also block a very likely bluffing hand for him (2NF blocker). So i block his bluffs as well as value bets. And since he didn't 4bet preflop he's gonna have more KK hands than AA hands therefore more Kc blockers to bluff than Ac blockers to bluff. Therefore when i have Ac i block more of his value hands and should call but when i hold Kc i block mostly his bluffing hands and should fold? Is this logic correct?

So, should i only call river with Ac with my hand or made flush?
