PLO100Z AAQQss 300bb deep wierd spot

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) BN: $182.84
SB: $221.27
BB: $180.08
UTG: $308.09
MP: $1074.14 (Hero)
CO: $100.00
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is MP with Q A Q A
UTG raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $12.00, 4 folds, UTG calls $8.50
Opponent is a tighter regular - opens UTG 10% - but my hand is strong enough to 3bet anyway. Sure we could make an argument for flatting, but I think 3betting is fine.
Flop ($25.50) J 3 3
UTG checks, Hero bets $9.00, UTG raises to $29.00, Hero calls $20.00
On the flop I could go either way -
1.) checking because my hand is not gonna have 3 streets of value anyway and I have decent outs plus Qs blocker.
2.) Betting with merged range because nobody really should have that much 3xxx in their ranges and I should have range advantage because of overpairs and stuff.

I decided to bet and face a checkraise - my opponent has a checkraise about 13% and he is quite aggressive postflop - I think calling the flop checkraise after I bet is fairly standard - I can hit or he can be bluffing.
Turn ($83.50) J 3 3 4
UTG bets $59.00, Hero calls $59.00
On the turn he goes with a pretty big sizing, I think his range should be polarized between JJ, 3xxx and airs ( fd or complete airballs ). I decided to call and make a decision on the river - I can still improve to a fullhouse with decent implied odds.
River ($201.50) J 3 3 4 7
UTG bets $100.00, Hero folds
On the river I wasnt sure whether I want to use this hand as a bluffcatcher - blocking A3xx so heavily, but having no J is really really bad + blocking his fd with Qs, although I dont have As which might be an important factor. But then I decided to fold because I think I can defend with hands like AA3x and not be overfolding? Or fullhouses like JJ that I 3bet vs UTG open.
Final Pot UTG wins $199.00
Rake is $2.50

What do you think about this hand?
Would you proceed the same way or would you play it completely differently?
Also as played, would you call the river?
