I would say this has a lot to do with his tendencies with combo draws and top 2 type hands but I can't see folding this for 100bb. He's gonna show up with JJ a decent amount of the time, but it seems strange that he would reraise so small on such a draw heavy board cause it would allow you to peel and play rivers perfectly vs him.

Would villain not donk  naked JJ on the flop, as it's so strong and to charge any draws. Obviously a stronger JJ (with some spades/blockers) might not -but it still takes some JJ out of villains range which weights it more towards draws/top 2/combo stuff...

With a turn SPR of 21 I'd say you're generally not going to get it in good with this hand.  I don't see draws, smaller sets or top 2 pair getting it in against you here (and you're blocking one of the smaller sets).  Unless your opponent is a complete drooler obviously, but you didn't mention anything about that in the post.

Some GTO players may say "near the top of your range", but I don't see how that is relevant here.  With the SPR being >20 it's nuts or nothing essentially.  How many big blinds you have in starting stacks isn't super relevant either, it's the SPR that you want to look at.  I wouldn't be surprised at all if he shows you JJ with nut spades here.
