UTG and CO are unknowns. UTG obv looks fishy due to the limp.
BTN is a decent reg, on the tight/cautious side. He folds the flop a lot and seems to play rather straightforward.

Maybe a bit loose hand to isolate from MP but can't be too terrible?

Do we bet here with our top wrap + J-high flush draw? Obviously we have a strong hand and should get respect betting into three people, but we do isolate ourselves against rather strong continuing ranges. When called, only the straightening cards are really gin for us (though I guess we can continue on roughly any turn).
Checking keeps low equity hands in and our spade outs more live, and our hand plays pretty well on turns/rivers. However, the J-high flush still won't be a monster and we might not get too many stabs out of their air 4way. Also it sucks to have someone turn a random two pair or w/e and take down the pot with a hand that would fold flop.

Betting all day. "Keeping low equity hands in" wont really benefit us as no1 will go crazy with air here which are the hands that have low eq vs u. Ur hand needs protection, or rather, we wanna fold out random hands now that are better than ours or at least not let them turn 2p for free.
Only good argument for checking would be if ppl fold worse str8 draws to a bet here but theyll raise gii w nuts no redraw ott or nn str8s. Seems unlikely.1
Certainly betting can't be bad. This hand also seems like a decent check-raise candidate, as we're happy to get the money in now while collecting some fold equity, but flush or brick turns are slightly awkward if we bet and get called. I would bet as a standard, but consider a check raise if CO or BN are known to be stabby.
