PLO100: Flopping top two in three-way pot, facing c-bet, call or raise?

UTG: 59.06
HJ: 100 (Hero)
CO: 164.18
BN: 98.50
SB: 109.74
BB: 56.56
UTG: 62/38/14 26 hands seems fishy
BN: 23/9/2 1,3k hands slightly winning reg
Preflop (1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 Q A K
UTG raises to 2, Hero calls 2, CO folds, BN calls 2, SB folds, BB folds
Minraise by UTG, I call and the reg on BN calls
Flop (7.50) A 6 Q (3 Players)
UTG bets 7.01
UTG has played like a maniac the 26 hands he has been on the table. I have top two pair on a draw-heavy board with one player left to act behind me. I am probably ahead of UTGs range and tempted to raise to charge draws or take the pot down. Suggestions???
