Plo100: 4bet pot Paired Flop

BN: $100
SB: $425.09
BB: $164.56
UTG: $84.62
HJ: $119.07 (Hero)
CO: $61.93
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 5 A Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $2.70, CO folds, BN raises to $9.60, SB folds, BB folds, Hero raises to $30.30, BN calls $20.70
Flop ($64.80) J 2 J (2 Players)
An old plo coach told me that whenever you 4bet just pot the flop with such a small SPR on all boards. It's never sat right with me. Surely there's a better way to play this flop. I feel like shoving just allows him to play pretty well always.

If you think bet small/call it off or check/shove gets villain to put more money in with hands that don't contain a J, then by all means, do that. But basically, without a crazy read, we're not folding. Personally I think maybe $20/call it off could work, but on this board the reality is you'll usually (and against many villains always) see him muck his misses and stack off his Js.

I think if you bet small you get people thinking (wrongly) that you can fold AAxx.

bet ~18 or so and call it off. benefits to this is people may peel worse pairs, may try to bluff us off aa, it means we can cheaply bluff here with our 4b rundowns that missed this board, whereas if you just potted here it would mean to be balanced we'd have to pot our 6789 type hands also. there are some flops I'm just potting as pf 4ber, but on such lockdown paired boards there is no reason to pot here.

Sam, you posted a response to another AAxx hand where it flopped TTx (possible flush draw). Where the person OOP who called the 4-bet pre. Villain lead on the flop and you suggested to fold. In this hand are you saying bet small and call a shove? I'm assuming that's what you meant when you said "call it off". What's different about this hand where we're willing to get our stacks in? I'm sorry If I misunderstood what you said, but I'm just a little confused atm.
