My hand is pretty decent. Iso raise should be fairly standard.

vs this guy I dont fold. he probably raise\3b aces. after calling flop - not that much QQxx combos. even 200bb is relatively easy get it in for me. Villain could be overplaying AQ+diamonds, 33, AQ+gutter, he doesn't look passive at all.
When he calls from UTG and does not re raise u pre, he does not have neither AA nor AQQB hand. What he has?
He might have some combo like KJT9dd, or he decided to slowplay his 33 which I doubt he can easily count on due to your preflop raise (what if u have aa?), so when he calls your c-bet I think he has Ace + diamond draw, and now on turn he picked up top 2 (aq) and he shoves.
Jimmy has written this already and I think he was right ....
Preflop Police says: Your hand is actually not that great. ;-)
It looks ok, but doesn't play all that well postflop, and its playability is very sensitive to the circumstances. Just a warning, if you like to isolate with lots of marginal hands. If the blinds are loose, you'll just be creating a mess for yourself with a straightforward pot-raise iso + bet lots of flops game plan. Think about fold equity and postflop game plan and such before you pot hands like this to isolate.
