BB is unknown and my image was pretty tight aggro (I think)
I don't think that he had a 22, 55 combos but rather had K5xx K2xx or even KQJx KQAx KQJx combos. I felt this is pretty sick spot and didn't know what to do.
is there any other option rather than bet the turn on this spot ? or is it just standard stack off spot ?

Stack off vs an unknown for sure. Vs 22,55,Kx you have 45%. I'm lazy so not gonna make up a calling range pre, which means this over-estimates how often he has 22, 55 (people play those hands less than Kx).
There's also a chance he c/r:s 22,55, K5, K2 on the flop sometimes. Anyway, that's not even taking into consideration that he might just be spazzing with some bullshit, so don't second guess yourself here. If after a while you get a strong strong strong strong read on him you could fold, but not before that.
I fold, I think vast majority of villains (on Stars) will x/c rather than x/r a K here. I like bet/fold here.
