Decided to isolate with a 3bet against a 25/14 (recreational) player, small sample though. Cold caller was a 55/27 fish.
I'm not sure if it's a fold, given the fish behind us and maybe he has some of our outs (I could be wrong), or a call vs. obv AA on EP.
At that moment I was a bit tilted (hopefully I don't get so tilted, in general) and went for the 3bet, also because this hand plays terrible in multiway pots.

I don't like 3-betting that hand, I'd either call or just fold it. But you probably already know that, since the main reason you gave for doing this was tilt. And Idk if that hand plays that terrible MW, but it surely plays way worse in 3-bet pots imo.
I prefer a 3bet over a call(but would also consider a fold in that position). If you call you most likely get a multiwaypot and you never flop good. You will seldom have topset or a good enough flush to get a lot of money into the pot. I prefer a smaller PSR in a 3betpot where your sets and flushes have more power. I think I fold to the 4bet because we are not deep enough.
I think this hand prefers a 3-bet pot with few players in general, so I think it's a good default to 3-bet it. However, if you expect to get one or more overcalls, and/or face a 4-bet, then the 3-bet isn't as exciting anymore. In this particular spot I think flatting should be preferred. You could make a case for folding I guess, but I never would.
Once you face the 4-bet I think you have just about enough hand to call, and then on the flop you're getting it in with any gutter / flush draw or better. Overall it's probably not going to be a winning play from the start of the hand, but once you got into the situation you're kinda stuck with it. So this is exactly why in some spots you may prefer not to 3-bet it.
