PLO10 - Pot set board rainbow

SB: 6.47
BB: 13.83
UTG: 4.22
HJ: 13.80 (Hero)
CO: 18.19
BN: 8.08
BB is a 74/0 in 30 hands.
Preflop (0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J J A 6
UTG folds, Hero raises to 0.30, CO calls 0.30, BN calls 0.30, SB folds, BB calls 0.20
Flop (1.25) J 3 2 (4 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets 1.10, CO folds, BN folds, BB calls 1.10
Turn (3.45) J 3 2 6 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets 3, BB calls 3
The 6 complete the straight with 45. I decide bet against his check.
River (9.45) J 3 2 6 A (2 Players)
BB bets 8.96, Hero calls 8.96
Here I think that I should fold because 45 is the only hand that do a pot bet in this situation (I think that top double pair with AJ makes check).
Final Pot
BB has 4 5 9 A BB wins 25.96
Thanks in advance!

bet-fodl OTT, bet around 2.6 would be ok.
against 74\0 fold could be better OTR, as he wount bluff as many as 30%
no chance he is valuebetting anything worth on the river

I think betting turn is fine. He will call you with lower sets and twopair and you dont want to miss out valuebetting vs them. I would although make it smaller to keep his range wider. By betting so big kinda forces him to play straightforward and it might be hard for him to continue with lower twopairs.

Another good thing with betting turn is that when called, you can valuebet river aswell if checked to. However, when he donks pot river I think its an standard fold. As you said, hes passive and wont be bluffing here at all.
