If he checks back I am confident my two pair is the best hand at the moment. I raise to charge his straight and flush draws the maximum, while I still have solid equity vs his made hands. What do you think of how I played this street?

Getting almost 7:1 I can't find a fold even though I expect to see QJ or KJ10X a lot.

I think you biggest problem here is that you built a big pot from out of position. You obviously have to call the river with the pot odds just in case he turned a busted flush into a bluff.
I would of just check/call the turn and then check/fold the river. Unfortunately there are so many scare cards that could hit the river, however he has to worry that you were on the draw also so often I would feel he will bet if he has you beat or check behind if he has not.
