PLO10 AKQ5ds

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (3 Players) SB: $4.98 (Hero)
BB: $8.21
BN: $4.63
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with Q 5 A K
BN raises to $0.17, Hero calls $0.15, BB folds
I flat because my hand plays decently 3 ways, if the BB wants to come in it's fine.
Flop ($0.39) 3 J Q
Hero checks, BN bets $0.39, Hero calls $0.39
Turn ($1.17) 3 J Q 5
Hero checks, BN bets $0.58, Hero raises to $2.91, BN calls $2.33
If he checks back I am confident my two pair is the best hand at the moment. I raise to charge his straight and flush draws the maximum, while I still have solid equity vs his made hands. What do you think of how I played this street?
River ($6.99) 3 J Q 5 9
Hero checks, BN raises to $1.16 and is all in, Hero calls $1.16
Getting almost 7:1 I can't find a fold even though I expect to see QJ or KJ10X a lot.

I think you biggest problem here is that you built a big pot from out of position. You obviously have to call the river with the pot odds just in case he turned a busted flush into a bluff.

I would of just check/call the turn and then check/fold the river. Unfortunately there are so many scare cards that could hit the river, however he has to worry that you were on the draw also so often I would feel he will bet if he has you beat or check behind if he has not.
