I am trying to run some Monker Solver sims PLO8 sims and would like to choose some basic common sizes

Just use 100%POT open preflop and on 100% and 50%(reraises)?Limping only Button and Small BlindCalling only BTN and BB ?

PLO/PLO8 9max MTT:is the same sizing as cash OK or should I add smaller opening size like 2.2(for stacks under 50bb)
