I did not raise 1st time as I don't want to build big multiway pot 150bb deep OOP. I probably should have raised 2nd time. But I can raise to $25. I believe that all players will call and we will have 50 behind and $100. I don't like to push small edges like this with bigger variance and decided to just call.
Is this a clear big mistake in your opinion?

Is this a clear raise PF for you guys? What do you think of passing this small (for me it's just a small edge) edges in favor of lowering variance?
Thanks for your input

Getting 25 in preflop w/ this hand is pretty excellent (and almost certainly pushing a bigger edge than we can afford to give up, especially OOP where life will be tough). Also, I don't think you can guarantee everyone will call given the size you can go to and when they don't you are printing money by picking up everything that's in the pot/playing a HU pot w/ a ton of dead money and the lead. Equally when they do call you are also printing money FWIW.
yeah, go for 4bet, and w\ spr slightly more than 1 you shouldn't have too much options on absolute majority of flops. I would probably 4b with aces even without a suit here(not sure thought)
4bet pre, also I don't think you can go with this hand on the flop.
