PLO 400 4way Hand on dynamic Board

BB: $454.85
UTG: $999.50
HJ: $732.31 (Hero)
CO: $427.50
BN: $1721.94
SB: $536
SB: 52 VPIP |34 PFR | 14/25 3b iP/oop | 37% Ag - cant tell much about him, see him as a weak spot here
BB: 24|18 13/6 3B 43% Ag, Donks 14% - def a Reg but i think he is too spewy/too sticky in some spots
Me: I only have history with the BB, who has made some thin call downs against me. Probably doesnt give me enough credit
CO: 38| 22 3/16 3B, 35% Ag - Dont know much about him, but he folds a lot to cbets and his 3Betting ranges are totally out of line imo.
Preflop ($6.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 6 Q J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $12, CO calls $12, BN folds, SB calls $10, BB calls $8
Not really worth talking about
Flop ($48.00) 6 J 5 (4 Players)
SB checks, BB bets $44, Hero calls $44, CO calls $44, SB calls $44
So, BB leads for pretty much full pot here. I think his range might look like this: 66+; J6/55 with hearts/78/47; KhXh:(56,78,J5) and combodraws like Wrap+FD/ OE+Pair +FD

I feel my options are either to POT-GII or to Call. I went with the call, cause i think he will probably go with his hand too often (wont do too well against his GII Range) and there are still players behind me. I also have a lot of turn cards i can make a move on (spades, hearts, A,J,6).
Turn ($224.00) 9 (4 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, CO bets $210, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $210
Obviously not the best turn in the deck, but given that SB and BB fold to the bet, i am definitely calling here with my 2 Pairs, the Flushdraw and Heartblocker against a very straight heavy range.

My river plan here is too jam spades, hearts and J/6.
River ($644.00) T (2 Players)
Hero bets $349.73, CO calls $161.50
The ten of hearts hits the river and i follow my plan. I jam and get called by a turned straight/rivered heart.
Final Pot
Hero has A 6 Q J CO has 7 K 9 8 CO wins $963

How would you guys play this hand? Do you think the plan on the turn is okay, given that we only have an SPR of about 0.25 on the river?

Thanks for your feedback
