I was thinking about betting river to get QQ to call me or maybe even AJ if the guy is hero (thinking that I could represent a counterfeited J8 or a busted draw)
When I made the play I thought I was nearly ever beat & I didn't have any reason to suspect that I could get bluffed raised. Still the play seemed kind of thin. What do you think is best play... x/c to induce opponent to bluff or go for thin value... or maybe another line?

Very standard v-bet spot. Inducing by checking on this river won't work most of the time and there's value from QQ and AJ. Especially happy v-betting since we have an A which reduces the AA combos that flatted pre.
His river range doesn't really have many value hands, because sets would raise earlier and 3xxx should be sparse in his coldcalling range. If he is aware of this, he won't be bluffing many busted draws either, because the river is a good card for you to snap off bluffs with your overpairs.
So if you check, he will happily check back top pair and overpairs and probably bluff very little. But if you make a thin valuebet, he can call. Size small, obviously, and with your stronger hands as well.
easy value bet, I would probably size smaller than this since I am trying to get a drying call from a Jx hand, spot where I would make a 20-30% bet size with majority of my range (might go bigger against a weak player with my busted draw with no pair).
Okay thanks homies
