UTG is opening 11%.
BTN 3bets 14% from button but probably less vs utg. Both players are winning regs.
BB is not a reg and running like 55/35. donkbetting 40% so far and seems spastic.

As played, i would fold. UTG, might be donk shoving nut FD + pair, wraps + fds. Most of the hands have u dominated equity wise and the BTTN, BB can have hands that have u crushed and u are drawing very slim.
As for the flop I wouldn't even know where to start with equity calcs.
Merits to 3betting are this hand plays better HU/3 way than mutli way, it's deceptive, and a 3bet often gets you position. Disadvantages are it's often a dominated holding, the single suited component isn't great for us. A 11% UTG open is going to have a hand that can 4bet ~25-30% of the time. However, our hand flops incredibly smoothly against both his opening range(assuming it's the top 11% of hands according to PPT) and his 3b call or 4b ranges.
Merits to folding are we avoid getting into flop spots against a dominating range. The flops we do coordinate very well with we often won't make much because the times he misses he'll ch/f, the times he connects, he'll often have very good equity even vs our nutted combos.
Merits to a call are, 3 way vs UTG and BB(seems like the most likely preflop action), we flop well on about 1/3 of flops, which seems like enough to justify the call pre, not to mention the times we get to use our positional advantage to take a few extra pots. Another big + to calling vs 3b with these stacks is that we keep the SPR larger, which should magnify our positional advantage. In this exact preflop spot, again our hand is probably not doing great against utg and btn's range, but I think we're still flopping good equity on enough flops to where we can make the preflop peel.
Overall, I'd think I'd lean slightly towards a 3bet pre. If we were OTB with the fish in the BB, I think it becomes a call and it's not really close, but I think with this hand in these position the "push" of isolating and getting position outweighs the "pull" of flatting to lets other players in. So 3bet>>>>call>fold I think.
As played, flop is just a fold. The two-tone texture of the flop just kills your equity. I don't know the frequencies for these specific vpips, but for a 35% vpip, the NFD freq is 35%. That alone puts your hand in pretty awful shape 35% of the time against just 1 range. Here we're up against 3. On T53r I'd stack off pretty comfortably.
As for my default play in OP's spot would be to just fold unless we got a read that UTG doesn't 4bet a lot and plays poorly/fit or fold in 3bet pots. I really hate calling and having to play with bad relative position and most likely no absolute position.
fold>3bet>call
