Villian was 3 betting like 25%
At the time i thought on the turn he can have draws or good Axxx but in retrospect i think iam way too often drawing very thin vs a better 2 pair or AAxx.
Any thoughts will be appreciated :)

i think 100bbs deep vs someone who 3bets 25% i don't mind if u raise call flop or shove turn
I think it comes down to what we can gather about this villains potting range here. how fast did he bet? what sizing would he bet with his bluffs and with his valuebetting hands, as well as the timings for each?
I think you played the hand well. Raising flop is also an option. Folding turn is perhaps an option as well if a turn double barreling range full pot is indicative of an extremely strong range. Some players would bet pot with draws here and bet smaller with made hands. Some players pot everything. Some players pot only value hands. Looking at each player individually and picking up these nuances is going to help when attempting to define an opponents range, and if we pay attention to all the information available to us we can define our opponents range with a high precision and hence make good decisions based on this.
I guess the thing to take away is to realise that each situation is unique, there is no one size fits all answer in poker. We can try to analyse a hand in a vacuum, however vacuum play is only true of the first action in the first hand we play against an opponent, and we should be constantly paying attention and using all the information we have available to us to better our decisions
after calling pre i think raise/calling flop is our best option to maximise fold equity, can get lot of axxx hands to fold
I feel like we should get it in on the flop to maximize FE as well.
