PLO 10 - cr on flop - flat or GII?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $22.86
SB: $3.36
BB: $19.21
UTG: $57.60
MP: $10.91
CO: $15.46 (Hero)
UTG is LAG pre and post flop - 48/42/31% 3 bet although not from early over a limited sample - 80% call 3 bet
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with A 8 J A
UTG raises to $0.30, MP folds, Hero raises to $1.05, 3 folds, UTG calls $0.75
Flop ($2.25) 2 9 J
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.07, UTG raises to $5.36, Hero raises to $14.41 and is all in, UTG calls $9.05
There's been a lot of discussion recently about flush draws - he's very aggro and I think he could xr with a set, 2 pair, lower FD, wrap combo or even the other two AA but I don't want to wait and have to make tough decisions on the turn. If a club does come it will kill any action. Is this ok?
Turn ($31.07) 2 9 J 3
River ($31.07) 2 9 J 3 8
Final Pot UTG wins and shows three of a kind, Deuces.
CO lost and shows two pair, Jacks and Eights.
UTG wins $29.75
Rake is $1.32

He was near the top of his range with bottom set and my flush didn't come in. Witht a set he was a favorite but I think that this was still correct against his range. Having trouble with the fact that even if GI as a 65% favorite against his range you still lose 35% of the time....I should think about all of the big pots that I win with hands like this or completely dominating an opponent like this.

If it was a tight player that xr flop it's still a shove right?
