PLO 10 calldown twopair OOP as 3bettor vs seemingly LAG villian on scary board

SB: $8.76
BB: $5.10
HJ: $11.39
CO: $14.97
BN: $13.70 (Hero)
Villian is: 66/21/0 over 38 hands, http://scr.hu/0raf/98eur

PS: I've sat my assumed Villians PJ-ranges in on every street, feel free to comment.
Preflop ($0.15) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 T A 6
HJ folds, CO raises to $0.35, Hero raises to $1.20, SB folds, BB folds, CO calls $0.85
I 3b this hand; because Villian seems pretty loose agressive, opens CO pretty loose and have called all 3b so far and I have position to make better desicions than him postflop.

($FI30)!(AA)!(AA)
Flop ($2.55) J 9 A (2 Players)
CO checks, Hero bets $1.22, CO calls $1.22
I flop two pair on this dynamic board, so I cbet half pot which I think is std. for value/protection.
I think we call my cbet pretty wide here;

(((J9,A9,AJ,99,JJ,AA),QT,dd))!((JJ,99))

Turn ($4.99) J 9 A 2 (2 Players)
CO bets $4.78, Hero calls $4.78
2h is a good card for my hand and a bad for his imo, because it gives my the NUTFD and give more two pair vs. which I think I can get one more street of value. So I intended, 2br for protection/value, mosty protection imo. But got lead into, which to me looks like a protection bet from him and is almost certain that we go with the hand no matter if I raise or call, so I called to allow him to make mistakes OTR. (mostly bluffs). So I called, and woukld make a river decision IP.

(((J9,A2,A9,AJ,22,99,JJ,AA):dd,QT,,22,))!((JJ,99))
River ($14.55) J 9 A 2 Q (2 Players)
CO bets $7.77, and is all in

River is Qd which is a pretty bad card for me, because it completes all his FD's and staights(who was a gutter OTT, but had something to go with), My logic says this is an easy fold, before I run the numbers.

Thoughs?

Thx in advance
