villain 100/14 over 4 hands

Really common spot and I wonder what the best line is. I expect him to have unpaired Jx or bottom pair+draw for the most part so I see some merits in semibluffing the turn with the intention to fire good rivers. Is this too thin with a gutter and a weak FD and should I just go for the c/f here? Especially with 100% VPIP so far he could also turn out to be a station who likes to call down 64 on basically any river runout.
