PL25 Zoom: bottom wrap, dry Q high board facing raise OOP

BN: $23.04
SB: $25.10
BB: $33.62
UTG: $21.56
HJ: $80.54
CO: $34.93 (Hero)
villain completely unknown
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 2 4 6 3
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BN calls $0.75, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($1.85) Q 5 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.20, BN raises to $4.25, Hero calls $3.05
Does it even make sense to peel this given that I suffer from some RIO if he has a higher wrap and it will be tough to realize my equity OOP?
Turn ($10.35) Q 5 4 J (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $5.75

Assuming all of my 9 outs are clean, I have to win another $6.30 on the river to make calling this break-even. It's tough to say though if all of my outs are clean (maybe even a 4 helps sometimes). Should I just fold now?

Do you also just pot into him if you hit one of your outs OTT?
