PL25: non-nutty GSFD facing flop raise OOP

BN: $22.29
SB: $25 (Hero)
BB: $57.65
UTG: $73.72
HJ: $25.10
CO: $25.25
villain 36/14 over 10 hands
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J 9 Q 8
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BB calls $0.50
Flop ($1.60) T 4 6 (2 Players)
Hero bets $0.90, BB raises to $2.52
Seems like a std cbet as a default. Is this a good hand to c/c vs someone who we know likes to raise a lot IP? How do we proceed as played? My hand has poor visibility and allows him to play correctly. But it's also a hand with a lot of equity so folding this means we aren't that far from folding almost anything to a raise here.
