Due to pre and him flatting the flop, I don't think he has many boats in his range. So am I just better of barreling with my shit ton of equity and put maximum pressure on all of his 1p hands or should I check back and realize my equity to prevent getting c/r'd? How much different would this be if either other card paired?

Preflop seems loose to me especially with the co stack size. I'd bet turn half potish to get value from draws and queens.
Yeah I think you're right. He probably never peels a queen twice. But I think he peels most draws being that you 3 bet technically (vs the min raise) so in his loose fishy mind he probably thinks you have AA a decent amount and just judging by his preflop stats isn't likely to fold often in general.
Another thing is you have no sd value so when all the draws miss if(when) he leads river you have to fold most likely except for an A. So if we check back and the river is a Qh and he leads for half pot do we call with A high? Genuine question. I feel it's close due to all the random 68** 89** random flush draws he can have with his preflop stats and how rarely lower limit players try to thin out value/slowplay flops.
