PL25 3bp: NFD + overs OOP, decent board range-wise

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $41.79
SB: $56.08 (Hero)
BB: $25.00
UTG: $29.92
MP: $25.00
CO: $48.39
both guys unknown
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with 8 J A Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.75, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.50, BB calls $2.25, MP calls $1.75
Flop ($7.50) 5 2 7
Hero

Wondering how to ideally play this vs unknowns. Generally this seems to be a very good board for my range and a bad one for theirs which leads me to believe I should be cbetting a lot here with range. However I have a hand that getting c/r'd with absolutely sucks because what am I going to do then? Is it a good idea to exploitatively c/c this then given that we don't know each other? Is this a must bet vs better regulars and from a gto perspective or can we have a balanced checking range here and include hands like this?
