pl10 Nut flush draw on the turn

UTG folds, HJ raises to $0.20, CO folds, BN calls $0.20, Hero calls $0.15, BB calls $0.10

Hero checks, BB checks, HJ bets $0.77, BN folds, Hero calls $0.77, BB folds
HJ - 22/12, looks quite nitty, about 150 hands. (the same guy from the last hand i've posted )

Turn ($2.34) 4 2 9 8 (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $1.80, Hero calls $1.80
i think about c/r, but his range is pretty strong, so we haven't tons of fold equity. if we call back door fd is not so obviosly + we have a pair and a gutter.
what do you think?
